A Message From Our SVP

Hello everyone!

 My name is Madison Cofield, and I’m honored to serve as the Fall 2025 Senior Vice President (SVP) of Delta Sigma Pi. In this role, I’m committed to leading an engaging and welcoming recruitment season, filled with events designed to help you learn more about our incredible DSP community.

Throughout recruitment, you’ll gain insight into the four pillars that shape our brotherhood: Professionalism, Brotherhood, Community Service, and Diversity & Inclusion (D&I). Recruitment is not only a time for you to get to know us, but a chance for us to get to know you. We’re excited to meet you and share our own why DSP stories.

Being a brother of the Psi Chapter here at UW has truly been a transformative and memorable part of my college life. I couldn’t imagine my time here without the friendships and support I’ve found through this organization. From professional development to finding a home away from home, DSP has opened many doors for me, both socially and professionally. It made the business school feel smaller, more connected, and gave me a community I’m proud to be a part of.

What makes our brotherhood so strong is the effort each of us puts into it. Every brother contributes to fostering a supportive environment, and I’m happy to be part of such a dedicated and inclusive group. We all come from different backgrounds, and it’s that diversity that makes our chapter feel like a true family.

I’m so excited to pour my heart into recruitment this year, just as it was done for me, helping create an inclusive, empowering space for everyone who’s interested.
